What is included in a typical meeting room AV installation?
A typical installation includes a commercial display or interactive screen, camera and microphone system (Shure, Poly or Jabra), video conferencing platform (Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms), HDMI or wireless presentation input, room booking panel integration and a simple control interface. All cabling, mounting and electrical work is completed in-house.

Can you standardise AV across multiple meeting rooms?
Yes. We design scalable meeting room AV standards that can be deployed consistently across an entire office or multiple locations — ensuring the same experience in every room and simplified ongoing support.

Do you provide ongoing support after installation?
Yes. Our TechFlow360 managed service provides remote monitoring, proactive maintenance and defined SLA support for meeting room AV estates. Faults can often be diagnosed and resolved remotely without a site visit.
