TechFlow360

One monthly payment. The complete AV lifecycle.

TechFlow360 is Masters Voice Technology's full-lifecycle AV as a Service programme.  Design, installation, financing, support and technology refresh — delivered under a single monthly agreement with no capital outlay.
Electrical switchboard and communications cabling installation.
The problem
AV as a capital expense doesn't work.
A traditional AV project requires a large upfront capital investment, followed by a separate support contract with a provider who had no involvement in the original installation, followed by another capital outlay when the technology becomes obsolete. The system degrades. Accountability fragments. The refresh cycle never quite happens.
The organisations best positioned to modernise their AV infrastructure are often constrained by capital budget cycles that don't align with technology refresh requirements. TechFlow360 is the solution to that mismatch.
The TechFlow360 difference
One partner. One agreement. One monthly payment.
TechFlow360 converts your AV investment from a capital expense into a predictable operating cost. Everything sits under a single agreement with Masters Voice Technology — the organisation that designed, installed and programmed the system and has a direct commercial interest in its continued performance.
No capital outlay. No ownership of depreciating assets. No support disputes between parties who weren't involved in the original installation.

TechFlow360 in practice
Mediai — national digital signage managed service
Mediai managed a national digital signage network across 70+ locations but lacked the internal technical resource to support it at scale. Masters Voice Technology took on the network under a TechFlow360 managed service agreement — deploying the Broadsign platform for centralised content scheduling and remote monitoring, and providing ongoing fault management and support.

The engagement remains active, demonstrating MVT's capacity to manage complex, geographically distributed AV infrastructure as an ongoing partner rather than a one-time installer.
