What is included in a TechFlow360 managed service agreement?
TechFlow360 covers design, installation, financing, ongoing support and technology refresh under a single monthly agreement. Support components include Q-SYS Reflect remote monitoring (for Q-SYS systems), proactive scheduled maintenance, defined fault response SLAs and a dedicated support contact. Agreements are structured around your specific systems and support requirements.

What does proactive remote monitoring mean in practice?
For Q-SYS systems, we use Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager to monitor system health in real time. Faults and anomalies are identified before users report them, diagnosed remotely, and in many cases resolved without a site visit. This reduces downtime and eliminates the delay between a fault occurring and being reported.

Is TechFlow360 available outside Sydney?
Yes. TechFlow360 is available to clients across NSW including our Campbelltown (South Western Sydney) and Mid North Coast service areas. Remote monitoring capability means many support tasks do not require a physical site visit, making managed service practical for regional clients.
