The school-based solution combines cameras, ceiling microphones, video decoding, in-ear monitoring and recording technology to support supervision, training, documentation and calm, natural parent-child interaction during therapy sessions onsite.
Project Challenge
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy requires clinicians to observe and listen to parent-child interaction without being physically present in the treatment room. The therapist must also be able to provide discreet, real-time coaching to the parent without interrupting the natural flow of the session.
The school required a purpose-built AV system that could:
- Capture clear video and speech throughout the treatment room
- Allow clinicians to monitor sessions from a separate observation space
- Provide private coaching through an in-ear receiver
- Record audio and video for supervision, training and clinical review

During a session, the parent and child interact in one room while the therapist observes from a separate space and provides discreet coaching to the parent.
